Dash has a deep knowledge of voice and performance and knows how to motivate and challenge his students. He has over a decade of teaching experience.

He has a Bachelor and Graduate Degree in Vocal Performance from Cincinnati Conservatory of Music and a Graduate Assistantship in Opera Directing from Florida State University.
