Alexis recently graduated with her Master’s Degree in Viola Performance from Mannes School of Music in NYC with a full scholarship. She completed her undergraduate schooling early at Oberlin Conservatory, graduating in 3.5 years with her Bachelor’s Degree in Viola Performance. She has served as principal violist of the Oberlin Orchestra, Oberlin Chamber Orchestra, Oberlin Sinfonietta, Oberlin Contemporary Music Ensemble, Mannes MACE ensemble, and Chautauqua Music Festival Orchestra.

Alexis is passionate about both performing and teaching, and believes that music can be a tool utilized for the expression of one’s soul. Alexis loves to bake and watch Studio Ghibli movies.
